Fiber helps to keep the gastrointestinal system functioning smoothly; each serving of Colon Care provides 5 grams of natural psyllium husk fiber, which is much gentler on the system than bran. This formula also contains high quality, stable strains of the friendly microorganisms acidophilus and bifidus, which help to maintain the delicate balance of microflora in the digestive tract. Colon Care provides 1 billion live cells of each of these strains at time of formulation.
