Suggested use: Take one scoop (8g Approx.) once or twice a day. Mix with 10-12 oz of water or juice and drink immediately. Use NUTRISCHÖN® DIETARY FIBER no more than 15 days at a time, take a 7 day reccess then start over and so on. CHILDREN: (6 to 12 years old) take half a scoop (4g) a day.
