This product from North Mountain Supply includes a one-pound jar of yeast energizer, packaged in a plastic container with a tamper-evident, air-tight seal to maintain freshness. The blend contains diammonium phosphate, yeast hulls, magnesium sulfate, and vitamin B complex to support healthy and complete fermentation in various beverage types. To use, add one-half teaspoon per gallon of wine must to help stimulate or restart fermentation. For beer, use one-quarter teaspoon per gallon to assist with slow or stuck fermentations. Yeast energizer is also effective in meads and honey brews where additional nutrients are often required. Designed for use in home brewing and winemaking applications.
