This Mountain Ridge Elderberry Organic Syrup Kit is our original recipe and yields about 8 oz. (8-16 adult servings). It comes in a sealed kraft pouch and includes: - Instructions - Organic Dried Elderberries - Organic Dried Ginger Root - Organic Dried Anise Stars - Organic Dried Whole Clove - Organic Dried Ceylon Cinnamon You will need a pot and ability to cook, water (we suggest filtered), a strainer, a spoon, small jar or container with lid and 1/2 cup honey (we suggest local). Follow easy instructions to yield about 8 oz. of syrup. Total time is ~55 minutes.
