Our Psyllium Husks are the whole seed coat of Plantago ovata, sourced from India. Add the whole husks directly to foods, or mill them for tea. When added to foods, the whole husks absorb a good deal of cooking liquid due to their naturally occurring fiber and mucilage content. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
