Our Psyllium Husks Powder is finely milled from the seed husks of Plantago ovata, also known as Isabgol and Isphagula, sourced from India. The smooth, off-white powder has a mild, bitter flavor. The powder can be encapsulated, added directly to foods as a thickener, or used as a binder in gluten-free baking mixes. It is also used in frozen food manufacturing, particularly ice cream. Not for long-term use. Do not take in large doses. Always take with plenty of water to prevent obstruction. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
