The origin of Lovage (Levisticum officinale) is Southern Europe, the natural habitat of Lovage mainly Iran and Afghanistan. The leaves are alternate, dark green, shiny. The flowers are small, yellowish-green or whitish-yellow in complex umbrella-shaped inflorescences. It blooms in June - August.
