What the brand says

Devil's Claw (Harpagophytum Procumbens) is a perennial plant with hollow, highly branched stems that can reach up to 100 cm in length, spreading over the ground. Large, tuberous forms of thickening are formed on the roots of the plant. All parts of the plant are covered with sticky pubescence. By the beginning of the rainy season, overhead shoots grow up to 1 m long, spreading over the ground. Devil's Claw blooms with single bright red, purple flowers that form in the axils of the leaves. The fruit of Devil's Claw is a small box with stiff, long, branched outgrowths that have hooks bent back, which gave name of the plant. After drying, the fruit of the plant splits into two sharp, curved claws - hooks. Sharp claw-like outgrowths on the seed box are a peculiar adaptation of the plant for distribution.
