Brahmi has an interesting ability to be able to calm the mind while at the same time to invigorate the thinking capacity in a centered, peaceful way. Brahmi is excellent for tonifying the mind and nerves and building the prana (life force).* Ingredients: 10g of powder contains : Bacopa* (Bacopa monniera) -5g; Gotu Kola* (Centella asiatica)-5g * certified organically grown. Suggested Usages: Adults, 1 or 2g twice daily before meals with honey, ghee or warm water.
