GI Restore features four focused ingredients for optimal gastrointestinal support - glutamine, arabinogalactan, aloe vera and deglycyrrhizinated licorice. We chose a deglycyrrhized version of licorice root extract, which prevents any tummy upset. Licorice root has also been used to gently support the adrenal glands. L-Glutamine serves as the predominant fuel and precursor for growth of the gastrointestinal mucosal lining. Additional L-Glutamine can be helpful during times of stress and illness. Arabinogalactan from the North American Larch tree is considered a prebiotic which helps to feed and maintain the good guys in your gut. The aloe vera leaf extract has been well known for its healing and soothing effects on the GI tract.
