Wild Harvested Organic Lingonberry leaves (Vaccinium vitis-idaea) Брусника, from Altai Mountains Russia (50 to 200 gm). Siberia is a unique region of Russia, where wildlife has remained unchanged for centuries. In order to survive in such harsh climatic conditions, Siberian herbs and plants synthesize protective active substances and possess strong anti-oxidant properties. The Altai Mountains, considered by some the “Green Pharmacy” of the earth and the “lungs” of the planet, is one of the cleanest and most unpolluted regions in Russia. Our products comes from either Altai mountains or from the shores of Lake Baikal. Ingredients: Lingonberry leaves (Vaccinium vitis-idaea) Брусника. Contraindications : Individual intolerance to the components of dietary supplements and herbs.Instructions for use: Take 10 gm (2 tbsp. Tablespoons) of leaves in an enameled bowl, pour 200 ml. (1 cup) of hot boiled water, close the lid and heat in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Then cool for 45 minutes at room temperature. Take orally, in a warm form, 1/2 to 1/3 cup 2-3 times a day. The leaves should be stored in a dry place. The prepared broth should be kept in a cool place for no more than 2 days.
