Bee Pollen is processed by the honeybee and is rich in protein, essential fatty acids, B-complex vitamins, vitamins A, C, E and D, carotene, enzymes, almost all known minerals, trace elements, sodium, plant sterols, and simple sugars. DIRECTIONS: For adults, take two (2) capsules one or two times daily, preferably with a meal.
