This product is ideal for people with lactose intolerance, whether eating at home or eating out. This product may also help reduce the effects of poor digestion, including heartburn, gas and other occasional gastrointestinal discomforts. DIRECTIONS: For adults, take one(1) to three (3) capsules just before eating a meal, or food or drink that contains lactose. Take one (1) capsule with medication or vitamins that contain lactose.
