Each serving contains 50 mg of sustainably sourced vegetarian DHA, an omega-3 fatty acid, and is a good source of choline, an essential nutrient for proper brain health. It includes lutein, an antioxidant that supports cognitive function and eye health in kids, and 1 gram of gut-healthy, beneficial prebiotic fiber to promote a thriving gut microbiome.
