There is no need to prepare these extracts as they can be taken straight from the packaging. Contains only the above mentioned extract with no other fillers, binders, or unnecessary material. FAQ: How can I take this? - You can mix the powder in a drink of your choice or simply just take the powder with a spoon. Some people don't like the taste, but it's up to you! We recommend mixing the powder in hot water on an empty stomach to reap the most benefits. What dosage should I take? - 1/4 to 1tsp per serving is our recommendation.
