The three herbs Amalaki, Haritaki and Bibhitaki in this Triphala formulation are packed with miraculous benefits. Triphala is very high in antioxidants and useful in a wide variety of ailments. The three herbs when used in combination, increase each other`s individual potencies . Triphala is rich in polyphenols, Vitamin C and flavonoids*. How to use:Intake:The recommended dosage (1-3 gm) be consumed with lukewarm water after food for Weight Loss & digestive issues. Oral care:Take 100ml of water; add 1 tablespoon of Triphala powder. Boil to reduce it to half. Strain and use it as gargles when lukewarm for oral health. Or take some powder on fingertips and gently massage the gums to improve oral health. Hair care:Make a Hair pack by mixing 10 grams of Triphala powder and 50gms of fuller`s earth powder with water. Apply it on the scalp. Let it remain for 15-20 minutes before hair wash.Tea: Boil 100ml of water with a teaspoon of powder for 15 minutes and your Herbal Tea is ready. Skin Care: Make a paste of Triphala powder with honey, 1 teaspoon each, few drops of organic coconut oil and a pinch of turmeric. Gently massage for 15 minutes and leave it for another 15 minutes. Wash with normal water.
