Mushrooms have been widely studied in Japan, Korea and China to help maintain feelings of energy; Pleurotus-MRL is not an extract but instead contains both the mycelium and the primordia (young fruitbodies) of Hericium erinaceus grown aseptically into a biomass. The biomass powder is then packed into 250-gram tubs. Each tub contains a spoon, which supplies 2.0 g of powder.
