Dear valued customers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers, LiveSpo Pharma Ltd., an R&D manufacturer of brand liquid-form Bacillus spore probiotics for digestive and respiratory health, today announced that it is voluntarily recalling the following lot of LiveSpo COLON products due to mislabeling with unapproved health claims by the U.S. FDA: Lot# T923C Mfg. Date: 29 SEP 2023 Exp. Date: 28 SEP 2025 The lot number is located on the ampoule label and the outer side of the box package. (See image below.) No other lots, ship dates, or other LiveSpo product lines are affected by this recall. The products have been listed online through Amazon and not through any other channels. As of the recall date, only twenty-five units had been distributed through Amazon. Ameri-Rx Alliance, our distributor, notified the company of this issue. Although we have not received any direct complaints from users of our products, we promptly take this action out of an abundance of caution, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to your safety. All affected on-hand inventory and recalled lots are being destroyed at Amazon's warehouse. We will make every effort to make corrections according to the recall plan to quickly resolve this issue.
