It also gives lustre and healthy hair. HOW TO MAKE Boil one teaspoon (4-5g) of Killi Aavaram flower powder with 150ml of milk or water for 5-10 minutes. Filter and serve. Add palm sugar to enhance the taste, if required. Take twice daily. Can be mixed with warm milk or milk cream or honey and apply over the face to give brightness to the skin.
