As a K 2 vitamin supplement, each softgel provides 90 mcg of MK-7. It supports cardiovascular health.(1) It also helps build strong bones by supporting the carboxylation of specific proteins needed to build bones.(1) MK-7 is much better absorbed than K1 from spinach.
