Suggested use: Take 1-3 gms (One fourth to Halftea-spoon) of Powder 1 or 2 times a day with (150ml) water 1-2 Hrs before or after meals. Take first dose after breakfast. If you are mixing with other herbs, use proportionately or consult your health care provider.
