Why choose Forest Super Foods Cordyceps? Most Cordyceps on the market are an extract with one specific compound diluted in alcohol or water. Our Cordyceps is fruiting body + mycelium (full spectrum whole food), rich in cordycepin, adenosine and many other compounds. It is also grown in Australia by mushroom farmers with 5+ years experience growing mushrooms organically. Our Cordyceps is also freeze dried to lock in (almost) as many nutrients and vitamins as consuming the mushroom fresh. It’s a very expensive process but one that we think is well worth the extra cost. Most Cordycep mushroom products are sold as a powder to mask the fact that it doesn’t contain any Cordyceps fruiting body.
