Each bag contains 2 oz of organic or wildcrafted whole dried chamomile flowers, sourced from Egypt. They are the flowers of Matricaria chamomilla, known in Spanish as manzanilla, which means little apple. Whole flowers, not cut and not powdered. One ingredient, nothing added. TASTE: soft, floral and gently sweet, with an apple like note. HOW TO BREW: add 2 to 3 teaspoons of dried chamomile flowers to 8 fl oz of boiling water. Cover and steep for 3 to 5 minutes, then strain and enjoy. Store tightly closed in a dry place at room temperature, 59 to 86 degrees F, away from heat and light to protect the aroma.
