Plant Power is a whole herb chlorophyll supplement. Four green plants, dried and encapsulated, with nothing extracted and nothing added. Each tube holds 120 vegetable capsules, which is 40 servings at 3 capsules a day. Naturally rich in iodine at 113 mcg per serving, 75 percent of the Daily Value. Iodine supports normal thyroid function and healthy skin.* A good source of iron at 2.5 mg per serving, 14 percent of the Daily Value, which supports red blood cell formation and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.* What is inside, per 3 capsule serving: Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica) 399 mg, Prickly Pear Cladode (Opuntia ficus-indica) 399 mg, Dandelion Leaf (Taraxacum officinale) 399 mg, Bladderwrack Whole Plant (Fucus vesiculosus) 201 mg. That is 1,398 mg of whole herb per serving, 466 mg per capsule. Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose capsule. No fillers, no additives, no mixing agents. This is not the same as liquid chlorophyll.
